Almas

A metal hardcore and sludge metal background, a classical training and triggered by Massive Attack, Lamb and Orbital. Almas is Russian for diamond, in Mongolian culture it's a wild man and the Spanish call the soul 'alma'. Aurex

aurex is a devoted electronic music artist from Belgium. Always interested in the creation of electronic and organic sounds and ambiences, his love for synthesizers and drum computers only grew when the years passed. Now running his own music studio, aurex can truly focus on his music which has influences of minimal, techno and electro. His tracks contain dark melodic hooks and unusual sounds. Mixing electronic with acoustic and organic timbres brings an interesting and personal touch to them. In 2010, aurex started making Ableton apps for midi controllers (Novation Launchpad, Akai APC and Livid's Code, OHM and Block). These apps are available for free on his website and are aimed towards remixing and live performance.View releases

El Carlitto

Ramon Tapia alias El Carlitto, son of a Chilenean musician who had to run from his home country as he stood up against the regime, and a Dutch woman who was brave enough to fall in love, is a funny character, a very ambitious one: No one would have guessed he, the young jeweler working behind the counter of an Antwerp record shop, would one day release records on labels. But he does! And he does not stop there! With remixes for Butch & Amir and Özgür Can under his belt, things are looking more than good for the energetic player.
Completely fascinated by the sounds of Front 242, Frank De Wulf, Kraftwerk, A Split Second, Tyree Cooper and Kevin "Reese" Saunderson, it was only after his move to Belgium's techno power capital Antwerp that Ramon started to buy vinyl and become involved in DJing. Working in a record shop while studying to be a gold smith, he realized that music was his life, subconsciously tracing his father's foot steps.
His dad, the only other musician in the family and whose music was provocative enough to enrage the repressive military government of his home country Chile, is possibly one of the main reasons why Ramon does not get disheartened on his way to the top. "I just want to do my own thing and play."

Metrobox

Musician in heart and soul. He started his musical journey at 7 by playing the flute, to add guitar and bass a couple of years later.

After some experiments in funk and rock bands, he got into DJ-ing as Vice. Through soulful and chicago house, he arrived were he likes to be nowadays: the no-man's-land between house and techno, where sounds and beats are warm and energetic.
